The Education Finance Partners Private Consolidation Loan is a refinance tool for borrowers desiring to consolidate their private education loans into one new loan, generally after they leave school. This loan offers a fixed or variable interest rate. The variable interest rate is based on the 3-Month LIBOR Index, adjusted quarterly.
